Description

Garlic marinated in oil becomes easily digestible and has a surprisingly subtle and delicate flavour almost like almonds. It can be used in all those recipes where raw garlic would be too much. It is crunchy, surprising, sweet and delicate and makes a delightful appetizer for guests at a dinner party.

Ingredients: Sweet garlic, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt. May contain traces of NUTS.
