Description
Made with the onions typical of the slopes of Etna, the golden onion jam with orange blossom honey and Nerello mascalese surprises for its delicacy and intensity. Excellent on cheese and salted meat, it matches magnificently with roasted or boiled pork, with tuna or pickled fish. Perfect on canapés and with finger-food, but also an original accompaniment to fries.
Ingredients: Golden onions (65%), sugar, Nerello Mascalese wine (5%), lemon juice, orange blossom honey (2%). Gelificant: pectin.
