Description
Chestnut honey has a lovely rich dark reddish colouring hardly any crystallization and remains very fluid . It has a distinctive fragrance which accompanies its dark colouring and slightly bitter taste. It is therefore suitable as an accompaniment to mature cheeses or simply spread on bread to highlight its strong character. Very good for you with lots of iron and mineral salts.
