This honey has a very delicate taste and is mostly only known by connoisseurs. The quantity of glucose with respect to fructose is relatively high therefore it crystallizes rapidly. This honey is often used by sports people because of the high quality of its fructose and its numerous ammolimenti such as zinc, copper, magnesium, and iron. It has a lovely delicate perfume of flowers and just cut hay and an almost transparent yellow colouring to match. Its curative qualities are that it can be a laxative it helps drain excess liquids and is advised for use against acne and pimples.
