Description
The south eastern Iblei hills are where the best oranges grow in Sicily. Their extremely perfumed flowers (zagara) are what the bees are attracted to and what gives this honey its delicious taste and heady perfume. Fantastic as a sweetener for drinks or spread on freshly buttered bread. It is often used by Sicilians in deserts.
Ingredients: Orange-blossom honey.
