Panettone is the traditional Italian Christmas cake. It has its roots in Milan and it is still prepared according to an ancient recipe. The dough has to rise for several days, which it makes it much lighter than the German Christstollen. The cake is a must for every family celebration! We have created this Christmas delicacy with exquisite pistachio cream, covered with chocolate icing and pistachios. Panettone is even more delicious to taste when heated slightly before serving. Ingredients Panettone: WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, EGG yolk, Skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (WHEAT), salt, aromas. Pistachio Topping: sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), Skimmed MILK powder, LACTOSE, aromas, PISTACHIO (2% of the total ingredients). May contain traces of NUTS, MILK, SESAME, PEANUTS, SOYBEANS and CEREALS containing GLUTEN.
Ingredients Pistachio cream: PISTACHIO (pistacia vera) 30%, Sugar, Oil (SOY, rapeseed, sunflower and corn in varying proportions), non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), powdered skimmed MILK, powered whey Milk, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural coloring: E141 flavoring (vanillin). May contain other NUTS, SESAME SEEDS, EGGS, PEANUTS, and CEREALS containing GLUTEN.
