Panettone is the traditional Italian Christmas cake.It has its roots in Milan and it is still prepared according to an ancient recipe. The dough has to rise for several days, which it makes it much lighter than the German Christstollen. The cake is a must in every family celebration! We have created this Christmas delicacy with exquisite pistachio cream, covered with chocolate icing and pistachios. Panettone is even more delicious to taste when heated slightly before serving. Ingredients: Wheat flour type 00, sugar, butter, egg yolk, milk powder, sugar-coated pears (pears, candied, sucrose, glucose, fructose), emulsifier mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, yeast, chocolate chips 20% (8.6% minimum cocoa of the total ingredients, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier E322(soy lecithin)), flavor (vanillin).
Topping ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat fractionated, low-fat cocoa powder (20%), emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavors. decorated with toasted almonds puff pastry.
Manufactured in a facility that also processes other nuts, sesame seeds, milk, eggs, peanuts, soybeans and cereals containing gluten.
