Description

Confit tomatoes with orange blossom honey and basil are a real explosion of sweetness, excellent spread over a slice of homemade bread. This tomato jam has classic combinations: perfect to accompany soft cheeses but also roasted meats. You can serve it either as an aperitif, but also with your second courses of meat especially with white meats.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (70%), sugar, white wine vinegar, orange blossom honey (2%), basil (0,8%), salt. Gelificant: pectin.
