Description
The “Condiaroma 33” is obtained from the mixture of concentrated grape’s must and wine vinegar according to an ancient recipe. The grapes come from the vineyards of the Agro di Marsala and Petrosino. After mixing it’s left to ferment, mature and age at room temperature in wooden barrels, then the product gets bottled. CondiAroma 33 is a natural dressing very versatile in the kitchen, its color is dark, clear, able to emanatea fragrantscent of vinegar, its taste is very pleasant and appetizing. It’s indicated as a high quality seasoning that can be used for multiple dishes.
It’s a fat-free product, with almost no alcohol and gluten-free, it enhances the dishes without covering the flavour.
The DIAMOND reserve is the product that best represents the company, the result of passion for one’s land and its traditions, with a fruity grape flavor, very full-bodied, it fits very well with cheeses, meats, fruits, such as strawberries and oranges, and with ice cream.
