Cuttlefish Ink Condiment 180g

Description

This is a condiment for either pasta or rice and is made using pieces of the cuttlefish and its black ink. Don’t be put off by the colour, the taste is fantastic! This wonderful dish was once a poor man’s meal, as in order to make the food go further even the ink sac was used as it gave a distinctive flavour . Having been re-discovered this dish has become something for real connoisseurs.

Ingredients: Tomato sauce 80%, TOTANO (todarodes sagittatus) 10%, onion, ink of SEPIA 2%, sunflower oil, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, aromas. ALLERGENS: May contain traces of NUTS, MILK derivates, CELERY, FISH and other CRUSTACEANS.
