Description

It is well known that pistachios are healthy, they contain, as all dried fruit, large amounts of precious polyunsaturated fatty acids and, in small doses, can counteract high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease, they are rich in fiber and vitamins. The small green seeds are often used in various foods, for example, in ice creams, cheese, in chocolates or baloney.

Our Sicilian pistachios are distinguished by their size and  characteristic flavor, slightly resinous, growing at an altitude of about 400-900 meters in the Sicilian municipalities of Bronte, Adrano and Biancavilla (Catania). Our unshelled and dried pistachios are offered in their natural state, that is not roasted nor salted, and can be used to prepare delicious cakes, granita or pistachio ice cream.
